It's quite simple to create a custom rhinestone transfers design. Just follow the next 5 steps:

Step 1: Send your request to us Place the custom item order or email us via: [email protected]  with your custom images, material you'd like to use and size of the design.

Step 2: Receive layout and quote A designer, working closely with your sales representative, will create the layout using the provided information. The layout and quote will be sent promptly.

Step 3: Confirm your order If your need any changes, pls communicate with your sales rep. There is NO design fees even for changes.

Step 4: Payment and production We accept Paypal and credit card. Once the payment is made, production begins. No changes are permitted. All product materials are tested for lead content, adhesive capability and washing durability.

Step 5: Delivery and receiving Usually we ship goods via DHL or UPS. It takes 2-5 business days to arrive your door. Once your goods are shipped, we'll send the tracking information to you in the first time.
